In order to deeply study and implement the third volume of Xi Jinping Talks about Governance, improve the ideological awareness and theoretical level of student party members, and strengthen the employment promotion and guidance of student party members, the 2017 undergraduate party branch of the College of Foreign Languages held the first offline centralized study party day activity and employment mobilization meeting for graduate party members in the new semester at 13:10 on September 23 in Foreign Language Building 109. The meeting was hosted by counselor and branch secretary Heng Shanshan, and all party members of the branch attended.
Each student party member exchanged their views on the content of the third volume of Xi Jinping's The Governance of the State with the current problems faced by them in their graduation and career selection, and expressed their own views: we should start from ourselves, take the initiative to pay attention to the domestic current affairs and the latest policies on people's livelihood and keep studying hard to enrich ourselves. The study of the Xi three volumes should not only stay on the books, but also closely combine the study of theories, reading the original works and doing practice, and take up the mission and responsibility of the student party members in the 21st century.
At the end of the meeting, the branch secretary made a concluding speech and put forward hopes and requirements for the graduate student party members. As student party members in the new era, they should not only persistently promote the core socialist values in their minds, be firm believers, active transmitters and exemplary practitioners of the core socialist values, but also learn the professional disciplines in their actions, improve their professionalism, focus on practice, understand the market demand for their majors, insist on applying what they have learned, and use their learning to promote their work and employment.
Through this study, the branch members deepened their understanding of the third volume of Xi Jinping Talks about Governance and inspired the students' confidence and determination to strive for their own study and career. This activity is conducive to guiding student party members to establish correct ideological understanding and value orientation, helping graduate party members to clarify their future employment goals and development plans, and laying a good foundation for the comprehensive development of the undergraduate employment work of the 2021 class of the College of Foreign Languages.
