In the afternoon of May 15, the 2019 Student Backbone Training Course of the College of Foreign Languages was launched in the lecture hall of the Foreign Language Building. Party Secretary Zhu Yaobin made the opening mobilization, Deputy Secretary Qian Minfang presided, Party building counselor Ouyang Shu and representatives of outstanding graduates gave lectures, and the backbone of the College's Party building, party activists, class leaders, league supporters and backbone of the Student Union attended.

In the session of Foreign Language Learning and Career Development, Jiang Run, Wang Yue and Liu Peiyu, representatives of outstanding undergraduates of the 15th grade, made speeches. The three students shared in detail about how to spend their college life, how to prepare for graduate school, and how to make career choices. All three students suggested that they should have clear goals during college, make their own choices wisely, and keep honing and improving themselves in study and practice.
